Week menu

Wegens de lockdown hebben we de dagen dat we kunnen  bezorgen aangepast.

We  koken en bezorgen ons week menu op woensdag,  vrijdag  en zondag in Amsterdam Oost en 'T Gooi.

Week menu per persoon €12, mininum bestelling 3 personen.

Bezorgkosten € 4,50 en bij een bestelling van meer dan  €40 gratis.

Bezorging in ‘T Gooi (13:00-15:00) en Amsterdam Oost (16:00-18:00)

Bestellingen via mail, minimaal 2 dagen van te voren i.v.m. beschikbaarheid producten.

Week menu

6th,8th and 10th  January

Enchiladas de pollo con crema de elote picosita (meat)

Delicious flour enchiladas (3 per person) filled with shredded rotisserie chicken and topped with a creamy corn cheese and chipotle sauce. To go with it a sweet and sour carrot, chickpeas, couscous, lamb’s lettuce and beetroot salad.

 

Enchiladas setas con crema de elote picosita (vegetarian)

Delicious enchiladas (3 per person) filled with mushroom, onions and green bell pepper and topped with a creamy corn cheese and chipotle sauce. To go with it a sweet and sour carrot, chickpeas, couscous, lamb’s lettuce and beetroot salad.

 

 

13th, 15th and 17th January

 

Pollo en salsa cremosa de cilantro (meat)

Juicy chicken thighs in a creamy cilantro sauce with corn, zucchini and green peas as a side dish spaghetti a la Mexicana. Spaghetti in a tomato and guajillo pepper (not spicy) sauce grated with mozzarella cheese and parsley.

 

 

Coliflor en salsa cremosa de cilantro (vegetarian)

Breaded Cauliflower in a creamy cilantro sauce with corn, zucchini and green peas as a side dish spaghetti a la Mexicana. Spaghetti in a tomato and guajillo pepper (not spicy) sauce grated with mozzarella cheese and parsley.

 

 

 

20th, 22nd  and 24th January

 

Enchiladas Suizas verdes de carne de res (meat)

Enchiladas made with flour tortillas (3 per person) filled with shredded slow cook barbacoa style beef and then evenly covered in a creamy green tomatillo, sour cream sauce and mozzarella gratin. As a side dish cauliflower in chilli butter (not spicy).

 

Enchiladas Suizas verdes de portobello con cebolla (vegetarian)

Enchiladas made with flour tortillas (3 per person) filled with portobello and onions and then evenly covered in a creamy green tomatillo, sour cream sauce and mozzarella gratin. . As a side dish cauliflower in chilli butter (not spicy).

 

27th, 29th and 31st  January

 

Tacos dorados de pollo (meat

Delicious crisp fried tacos (3 per person) with shredded chicken in a tomato and chipotle sauce with caramelised onions. Topped with lettuce and cilantro, jalapeño creamy sauce. To go with it frijoles charros. Cowboy Beans is a Mexican style soup made by stewing pinto beans in broth, onions, tomatoes, chillies, bacon, chorizo and spices until the beans become tender, rich and slightly thick.
