Week menu
We cook and deliver our weekmenu on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in Amsterdam Oost en 'T Gooi.
on Thursday we also deliver in Almere when there are enough orders.
Week menu per person €12, minimum order 3.
Delivery fee € 4,50 or free above €40.
Delivery in ‘T Gooi (13:00 -15:00) and Amsterdam East (16:00 - 18:00)

Please order two days in advance to make sure you have your meal on the day that you wish.

Mojo Chicken (meat)
Very nice dish for warm nights with lots of tropical ingredients and beautiful colours. Lovely combination of flavours, tangy, sweet and a little sour. Your family will love it! Chicken legs marinated in orange juice, herbs and spices. Then oven baked with red onions, orange and lemon slices. Top it with fresh pineapple, cherry tomato and avocado mojo salsa and as a side dish roast potatoes with rosemary and garlic.
Mojo crispy baked tofu (vegetarian)

Summer recces
From the 1st of June I was asked again this year to cook for "Het Amsterdamse Bostheater" on full-time basis.
Lucky theater, pity for you ;)
I will re start my Mexican home cooking after the summer.
I want to thank you all from my heart for letting me cook for you and your family from time to time and for many of you even weekly. I had a great time and look forward to see you all again in September.
